Eligibility for Returns

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unused and in its original condition
  • Original packaging is intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or opened pet food, treats, or hygiene products
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items marked as final sale

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. We will send you a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
