5. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been accepted. In the event that an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you promptly and offer a refund or alternative.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to Hong Kong and selected international destinations. Delivery times and shipping fees vary by location and will be displayed at checkout. Westota is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.

7. Returns & Refunds

We want you and your pets to be completely satisfied. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us at support@westota.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of receiving the returned item.

The following items are non-returnable:

Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
Items returned without prior authorisation

8. Product Safety & Pet Use

Our products are designed for use with pets under appropriate supervision. Please inspect all toys and accessories regularly for signs of wear and replace them if damaged to prevent injury. Westota is not liable for any injury to pets or persons resulting from misuse, unsupervised use, or failure to follow product instructions.
